2006-03-04Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where nojlam1-2/+2
developer is officially maintaining the package. The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't developers.
2005-12-05Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, forrillig1-2/+2
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some other changes are outlined in http://mail-index.netbsd.org/tech-pkg/2005/12/02/0034.html
2005-12-03Fix DragonFly support. Since it was compilable before, but didn'tjoerg4-15/+33
work correctly, bump revision.
2005-07-29make the fcntl selftest recognize "netbsd3" so that the rightdrochner2-4/+4
structure padding is used not application relevant, so I abstain from bumping PKGREVISION
2005-02-24Add RMD160 digestsagc1-1/+2
2005-01-30Convert the python packages to use the alternatives system to install ajmmv2-2/+5
bin/python wrapper. Bump their PKGREVISION to 1. Also remove the python package. In order to preserve a similar behavior to this one using the new framework, start by installing pkg_alternatives. Then just open its manpage, scroll down to the EXAMPLES section, Applying filters subsection, and follow the (rather short) directions given there.
2004-10-04Make this install and deinstall cleanly under IRIX and Linux.jschauma4-13/+88

2004-06-23Follow python23's way in dealing with platform-dependent files.minskim7-19/+104
Suggested by drochner@. Bump PKGREVISION.
2004-06-16Name platform-dependent directory plat-${LOWER_OPSYS} instead ofminskim2-16/+18
plat-${LOWER_OPSYS}1. It makes this package build on platforms where the major version is not 1. Bump PKGREIVISION.
2004-05-23Now that all Python modules have been bl3ified remove the bl2 support.recht1-35/+0
2004-03-05Reorder location and setting of BUILDLINK_PACKAGES to match templatejlam1-7/+9
buildlink3.mk file in revision 1.101 of bsd.buildlink3.mk.
2004-02-10The BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.<pkg> lines should match between the buildlink3.mkjlam1-2/+2
and any pre-existing buildlink2.mk files.
2004-01-29use ${EGREP} instead of relying on GNU grep features.grant1-2/+2
2004-01-25* Follow the new buildlink3 standard and append to BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.<pkg>.jlam1-14/+9
* Use BUILDLINK_{INCDIRS,LIBDIRS}.<pkg> instead of using BUILDLINK_{CPPFLAGS,LDFLAGS}.<pkg> since we're just dealing with adding directories to the various search paths.
2004-01-25add buildlink3.mkrecht1-0/+30
2004-01-20Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.agc1-2/+2

2003-06-16Don't check for socket() in libnet.* - this will give a false hitdrochner2-10/+57
if pkgsrc/devel/libnet is installed. Should fix PR pkg/21876 by Jeremy C. Reed.
2003-06-06g/c the now unneeded explicite export of LINK_ALL_LIBGCC_HACK to thedrochner1-2/+1
environment
2003-06-06add the LINK_ALL_LIBGCC_HACK variable to the interpreter's link line,drochner3-2/+17
so that dynamic libraries using libgcc functions can be loaded should fix PR pkg/16144 by Brett Slager
2003-06-02Use tech-pkg@ in favor of packages@ as MAINTAINER for orphaned packages.jschauma1-2/+2
Should anybody feel like they could be the maintainer for any of thewe packages, please adjust.
2003-03-14(1) Publicly export the value of _OPSYS_RPATH_NAME as RPATH_FLAG;jlam1-2/+3
Makefiles simply need to use this value often, for better or for worse. (2) Create a new variable FIX_RPATH that lists variables that should be cleansed of -R or -rpath values if ${_USE_RPATH} is "no". By default, FIX_RPATH contains LIBS, X11_LDFLAGS, and LDFLAGS, and additional variables may be appended from package Makefiles.
2002-10-13Use BUILDLINK_FILES_CMD.<pkg> instead of manually adding the shell pipelinejlam1-3/+2
to BUILDLINK_FILES.<pkg>.
2002-10-12Revert previous...GREP is correct.jlam1-2/+2
2002-10-12Use EGREP instead of GREP.jlam1-2/+2
2002-10-09Use BUILDLINK_PLIST_CMD instead of grepping the PLIST, which for some ofjlam1-4/+6
these python packages is empty.
2002-10-09Create BUILDLINK_CPPFLAGS and BUILDLINK_LDFLAGS for the python packages sojlam1-1/+8
as to find their headers and libraries. Also allow "-lpython" to resolve to the versioned libpython (-lpython2.2, etc.).
2002-09-20Python extensions also install headers into ${PYINC}, so we can't justjlam1-2/+5
assume all of those headers belong to the python package. We use the trick for kdelibs2 and generate the BUILDLINK_FILES list from the PLIST.
2002-09-20Add buildlink2.mk file for use by other package Makefiles, and byjlam1-0/+23
python/pyversion.mk in particular.
2002-06-26Substitute a couple of `mkdir' by `${MKDIR}'.seb1-2/+2
Remove `-p' from mkdir arguments, it is already part of ${MKDIR}. While here substitute a couple of ${PREFIX} by `%D' in `@exec ${MKDIR} ...' lines and add a couple of missing `%D' in such lines too!
2002-02-05/bin/mkdir -> ${MKDIR}.skrll1-2/+2
Make the print-PLIST target output ${MKDIR} also.
2002-01-31Add distinfo file, RCS Id for patch-aa, and clean up Makefile a bit forwiz3-2/+9
pkglint.
2002-01-29add the old Python-1.5 again - some pkgs run better with itdrochner4-0/+1488
