2005-03-13	In packages with djb-style compile scripts, properly enquote ${CC}	schmonz	1	-3/+3

This fixes the build of net/djbdns, as well as any other of these packages passing down PKG_SYSCONFDIR via CFLAGS, as well as being more generally correct for arbitrary user-defined CFLAGS. Suggested by jlam. For consistency across djbware in pkgsrc: * In math/djbfft's and sysutils/daemontools's do-configure targets, remove leading @ from ${ECHO} lines; from the former, also remove unneeded single quotes from one such line. * Rename net/publicfile's pre-build and sysutils/service-config's post-patch targets to do-configure. * In sysutils/checkpassword's do-configure target, reorder creation of conf-cc, conf-ld, and conf-home. All of the affected packages have been verified to compile. XXX These packages probably have enough build goo in common to XXX warrant an mk/djbware.mk. I'll investigate this post-freeze.

	definitions of LOCALBASE and NO_MTREE. This requires either the latest qmail package or netqmail, and conflicts with both postfix and sendmail. Rename post-patch to do-configure. Add "install" and "instcheck" to ALL_TARGET to build the installer at the end of the build phase, rather than at the beginning of the install phase. Remove notes at install and deinstall time about updating the "newaliases" mailer.conf entry, as this entry is now included in the qmail package's example mailer.conf. Clarify RESTRICTED. Take MAINTAINER. Bump PKGREVISION.

	fastforward handles qmail forwarding according to a cdb database. It can create forwarding databases from a sendmail-style /etc/aliases or from user-oriented virtual-domain tables. fastforward supports external mailing lists, stored in a binary format for fast access. It has a tool to convert sendmail-style include files into binary lists. Package provided by Sen Nagata <sen@eccosys.com> in PR pkg/13889
