2006-03-14	USE_PKGINSTALL isn't needed here to make these packagse use the	jlam	1	-2/+1
	pkginstall framework. In the case of libtool-base, avoid using FILES_SUBST_SED where it isn't needed.

	default. This correctly fixes the PLIST problem with pam, and makes the package more consistent with the rest of pkgsrc.

	servers based on user authentication. From DESCR: Perdition is a fully featured POP3 and IMAP4 proxy server. It is able to handle both SSL and non-SSL connections and redirect users to a real-server based on a database lookup. Perdition supports modular based database access. ODBC, MySQL, PostgreSQL, GDBM, POSIX Regular Expression and NIS modules ship with the distribution. The API for modules is open allowing abitary modules to be written to allow access to any data store.
