Several vector operations are now available directly in ARIBAS
(vec1 + vec2, vec1 - vec2, lambda*vec, vec mod N , etc.)

- make_unbound(user) unbinds all user defined functions
- new function max_intsize(); returns maximal number
of decimal places of an integer
