	This is from Dan McMahill (mcmahill@mtl.mit.edu) in PR pkg/6034. scilab is a high level scientific math programming environment with graphics. [scilab is HUGE.] The only major thing I changed was the way of creating the PLIST.

The "correct" location for HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same section.
