just kept trying to reinstall gd, which was odd -- I guess it was
thinking version 1.3p1 was greater than 1.6.3).

iostat, systat and a sample config file to use these. Also update the
MESSAGE to stats there is a sample config file.

- New, optional Makefile variable HOMEPAGE, specifies a URL for
the home page of the software if it has one.
- The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the
README.html files.
- pkglint updated to know about it. The "correct" location for
HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same
section.
