Open Source implementation of the ITU H.323 teleconferencing protocol.

* nsupdate was incorrectly limiting TTLs to 65535 instead
of 2147483647.
* When writing a master file, print the SOA and NS
records (and their SIGs) before other records.
* named -u failed on many Linux systems where the
libc provided kernel headers do not match
the current kernel.
