Also add some patches to remove use of deprecated symbols and fix other
problems when looking for or compiling against libpng-1.4.x.

header dpmsstr.h. AFAICT through manual inspection of the code, none
of the symbols nor constants provided by the header still present in
xsrc are used.

Shared directories can now be created independently by the pacakges
needing them and will be removed automatically by pkg_delete when empty.
Packages needing empty directories can use the @pkgdir command in PLIST.
