Fix bug reported by Koo Kee Kiat relating to null arrays. * web/conf.php (1.5): Use the generated version.php instead of hard coding the value here. * web/: conf.php (1.4), get_context.php (1.6), graph.php (1.8), templates/default/cluster_view.tpl (1.6), templates/default/host_view.tpl (1.7): MKN: Add cpu_wio to the CPU Summary.
