2006-03-04Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where nojlam1-2/+2
developer is officially maintaining the package. The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't developers.
2006-02-22Fix directory handling (for CHECK_FILES builds). Bump PKGREVISION.wiz1-4/+4
2006-02-05Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.joerg1-2/+2
2006-01-05Use SUBST framework.joerg1-3/+7
2005-12-29Remove USE_PKGINSTALL from pkgsrc now that mk/install/pkginstall.mkjlam1-2/+1
automatically detects whether we want the pkginstall machinery to be used by the package Makefile.
2005-12-05Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, forrillig1-6/+6
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some other changes are outlined in http://mail-index.netbsd.org/tech-pkg/2005/12/02/0034.html
2005-08-19Merge CONF_FILES/SUPPORT_FILES and CONF_FILES_PERMS/SUPPORT_FILES_PERMSjlam1-10/+10
as the INSTALL and DEINSTALL scripts no longer distinguish between the two types of files. Drop SUPPORT_FILES{,_PERMS} and modify the packages in pkgsrc accordingly.
2005-07-15Drop distinction between PKGSRC_USE_TOOLS and USE_TOOLS by makingjlam1-2/+2
PKGSRC_USE_TOOLS go away. There is now only a single USE_TOOLS variable that specifies all of the tools we need to build/run the package.
2005-05-16Note that gtar is required by the package.jlam1-1/+3

2005-05-02RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR is no longer customizable.reed1-1/+3
And always is defined as share/examples/rc.d which was the default before. This rc.d scripts are not automatically added to PLISTs now also. So add to each corresponding PLIST as required. This was discussed on tech-pkg in late January and late April. Todo: remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR uses in MESSAGES and elsewhere and remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR itself.
2005-02-24Add RMD160 checksums.wiz1-1/+2
2004-12-28The default location of the pkgsrc-installed rc.d scripts is nowreed1-2/+2
under share/examples/rc.d. The variable name already was named RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR. This is from ideas from Greg Woods and others. Also bumped PKGREVISION for all packages using RCD_SCRIPTS mechanism (as requested by wiz).
2004-04-24Relinquish maintainership of packages to tech-pkg@NetBSD.org.jlam1-2/+2
2004-04-23mk/bsd.pkg.install.mk now automatically registersreed1-3/+1
the RCD_SCRIPTS rc.d script(s) to the PLIST. This GENERATE_PLIST idea is part of Greg A. Woods' PR #22954. This helps when the RC_SCRIPTS are installed to a different ${RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR}. (Later, the default RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR will be changed to be more clear that they are the examples.) These patches also remove the etc/rc.d/ scripts from PLISTs (of packages that use RCD_SCRIPTS). (This also removes now unused references from openssh* makefiles. Note that qmail package has not been changed yet.) I have been doing automatic PLIST registration for RC_SCRIPTS for over a year. Not all of these packages have been tested, but many have been tested and used. Somethings maybe to do: - a few packages still manually install the rc.d scripts to hard-coded etc/rc.d. These need to be fixed. - maybe remove from mk/${OPSYS}.pkg.dist mtree specifications too.
2004-01-20Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.agc1-2/+2
2003-08-23Add pseudo-category 'java'.jschauma1-2/+2

2003-03-29Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.jmmv1-3/+2
2003-01-28Instead of including bsd.pkg.install.mk directly in a package Makefile,jlam1-2/+2
have it be automatically included by bsd.pkg.mk if USE_PKGINSTALL is set to "YES". This enforces the requirement that bsd.pkg.install.mk be included at the end of a package Makefile. Idea suggested by Julio M. Merino Vidal <jmmv at menta.net>.
2003-01-02Require a iasp user and group (defaulting to APACHE_{USER,GROUP}) andjlam4-11/+26
run the iASP proxy server as that user for improved security. Bump PKGREVISION on www/iasp to 1.
2003-01-01Initial import of www/iasp.jlam10-0/+1546
Instant ASP (iASP) is a portable Active Server framework that allows deploying Active Server Pages (ASP) on any Java technology-enabled web server. This package contains the developer's version of iASP, which may be fully licensed into the Enterprise iASP Edition.
