2010-08-21	Bump the PKGREVISION for all packages which depend directly on perl,	seb	1	-1/+2
	to trigger/signal a rebuild for the transition 5.10.1 -> 5.12.1. The list of packages is computed by finding all packages which end up having either of PERL5_USE_PACKLIST, BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.perl, or PERL5_PACKLIST defined in their make setup (tested via "make show-vars VARNAMES=..."), minus the packages updated after the perl package update. sno@ was right after all, obache@ kindly asked and he@ led the way. 	Padre import. This module attempts to answer, as accurately as it can, one of the nastiest technical questions there is. Am I on the internet? That is, it's a problem that had no clean permanent solution, and for which you could just keep writing more and more functionality indefinitely, asymtopically approaching 100% correctness but never reaching it. And so this module is intended to do as good a job as possible, without having to resort to asking any human questions (who may well get it wrong anyway), and limiting itself to a finite amount of programming work and a reasonable level of memory overhead to load the code.
