2000-08-10Update surfraw to 0.5.6. Changes from 0.5.5:jlam3-7/+9
New elvi: newscientist pubmed freshmeat
2000-08-10Remove a blank line, to satisfy pkglint.fredb1-2/+1
2000-08-10Update lynx to the latest stable version, 2.8.3rel1. This wasfredb34-10504/+310
lynx-current as of 2000-08-01 (see "www/lynx-current" cvs log for changes), with the addition of several language catalogs (patches contributed by Jim Spath, PR pkg/10771), and with IPv6 support based on a patch submitted by Wesley Morgan to the lynx-dev mailing list, text at <http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/html/month072000/msg00160.html>. (Use of Wesley's patch for IPv6 was suggested by Jim Spath.)
2000-08-10Oops. Enable IPv6 support, conditionally on "USE_INET6".fredb1-4/+13

2000-08-10regen (no patch-a[cd] in repository)wiz1-3/+1
2000-08-07This "just worked" on netbsd-1-5, because gzcat understands bzip2. Setfredb1-9/+11
'EXTRACT_SUFX' reduntantly, to make the bzip2 magic work on NetBSD-1.4.*, and set 'EXTRACT_ONLY', to prevent bzip2 from complaining about the non-bzip2'd "po" files.
2000-08-07Update to 2.8.4dev.7, and expand NLS support, using patches providedfredb3-19/+40
by Jim Spath in PR pkg/10772. Thanks! According to Jim, this version of lynx includes integrated IPV6 support (not verified).
2000-08-07For binary package users: 1) Clean up some extra junk that may be leftfredb1-2/+3
over after an aborted pkgsrc install. 2) Fix up the host name in the proxy autoconfigure file. Now, setting the autoconfigure url (to http://${WWWOFFLE_SERVER}:8080/wwwoffle.pac) works. Note; we can't do this for pkgsrc users, as then there's a danger that the name of the build host will make it's way into the binary package.
2000-08-07Remove bogus libxml test from GNU configure script. Now works again withrh2-4/+14
newer versions of libxml.
2000-08-07Delete /var/wwwoffle/html.old, so that an install following an abortedfredb1-2/+5
install will work. There's no point in saving "html.old" -- a successful update will not even create that directory.
2000-08-06Add german mirror site.tron1-2/+3
2000-08-06Make sure that thttpd uses a pidfile when running. Also some minorjlam2-7/+8
nits to make startup script nicer.
2000-08-06Remove empty linejlam1-2/+1
2000-08-06Make this work with libwww-5.3.1. Note that the 'wwwconf.h' file has movedfredb1-6/+7
(again) from ${LOCALBASE}/include to ${LOCALBASE}/include/w3c-libwww, so we need to check both places.
2000-08-06Update to libwww-5.3.1. This is the first release since 5.2.8. Includesfredb7-372/+81
many bug fixes -- too many to list, full release history online at <http://www.w3.org/Library/User/ReleaseNotes.html> -- and a few new features. The most significant is integrated libwww-SSL. Also SOCKS "punching through firewalls" support is present now (but untested by me). Not sure when that appeared, exactly.
2000-08-05Make this actualy work by using tabs, not spaces, for make target commandjlam1-4/+8

2000-07-27Update thttpd to 2.19. Changes from 2.16:jlam13-100/+129
New in version 2.19: * Added hack to prevent MSIE 5 from censoring error messages. * Minor fix to handling of shouldn't-happen error in ls(). * IPv6/Linux fix from Tero Pelander. * Documented the -D flag. New in version 2.18: * Fixed URL-encoding of high-bit characters - used in directory listings. * Made a few more characters come through verbatim instead of %-encoded. * Couple of minor code cleanups. * Added some MIME types to support WAP/WML. * IPv6 fix. * Made MIME text character-set an option, with iso-8859-1 the default. New in version 2.17: * A change in the way wildcard matching works - now a single * only matches strings that don't include a slash. To match entire pathnames including slashes you have to use **. * On systems with IPv6, automatically bind to both v4 and v6 sockets. * Slight change to non-local referer checking to handle older browsers. * Tweaks to some of the error-403 syslog messages. * Portability tweak for OSF/1. * Portability tweak for IPv6 systems. * Fix for ssi.c from Marcel Telka. * Added charset=iso-8859-1 to text MIME types. * Added wildcards to redirect. * Changed symlinks/nosymlinks config options to symlink/nosymlink, to conform to the man page (old style still accepted).
