under share/examples/rc.d. The variable name already was named
RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR.
This is from ideas from Greg Woods and others.
Also bumped PKGREVISION for all packages using RCD_SCRIPTS mechanism
(as requested by wiz).

Apache Rivet is a system for creating dynamic web content via a
programming language integrated with Apache Web Server. It is
designed to be fast, powerful and extensible, consume few system
resources, be easy to learn, and to provide the user with a platform
that can also be used for other programming tasks outside the web
(GUI's, system administration tasks, text processing, database
manipulation, XML, and so on). In order to meet these goals, the Tcl
programming language has been chosen to combine with the Apache Web
Server.

Changes from release notes
- NPRuntime support. NPRuntime is an extension to the Netscape Plugin API
that was developed in cooperation with Apple, Opera, and a group of plugin
vendors. http://www.mozilla.org/projects/plugins/npruntime.html
- Added undetectable document.all support, and support for exposing elements
by their ID in the global scope for greater IE compatibility when viewing
pages that don't request standards compliant behaviour.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=248549 and

needed to install the module. Packages that require plugins from the
Template Toolkit should depend on modules needed to make those plugins
function. Bump the PKGREVISION of p5-Template-Toolkit to 3.
For the packages that depend directly on p5-Template-Toolkit, add as
dependencies all of the packages needed to make the plugins work to
the package Makefiles, and bump their PKGREVISIONs.

module directory has changed (eg. "darwin-2level" vs.
"darwin-thread-multi-2level").
binary packages of perl modules need to be distinguishable between
being built against threaded perl and unthreaded perl, so bump the
PKGREVISION of all perl module packages and introduce
BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED for perl as perl>=5.8.5nb5 so the correct
dependencies are registered and the binary packages are distinct.

header file #includes <dlfcn.h>, so we need to include
dlopen.buildlink3.mk so that dlfcn.h can be found by packages which
use httpd/os.h.
XXX this is not entirely correct, but works around the problem
XXX sufficiently. the problem is that Darwin (7.7.x) has dlopen() and
XXX friends but does not provide prototypes in dlfcn.h (or anywhere else).
