From 238a2b94c85a5d5342c5ba9f8dbf3f3e513cc845 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: pin Date: Fri, 1 Jul 2022 07:00:28 +0000 Subject: lang/rust-bin: Bump minimum rust version By now a large number of Rust projects have migrated to edition = 2021, which requires Rust >= 1.56. Some projects still using edition = 2018 could, technically build with 1.20. But, since several libs have also adopted edition = 2021, many would fail while building dependencies. --- lang/rust-bin/buildlink3.mk | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/lang/rust-bin/buildlink3.mk b/lang/rust-bin/buildlink3.mk index cb17cfc28ea..1d6874ec868 100644 --- a/lang/rust-bin/buildlink3.mk +++ b/lang/rust-bin/buildlink3.mk @@ -1,11 +1,11 @@ -# $NetBSD: buildlink3.mk,v 1.1 2020/06/14 15:33:28 nia Exp $ +# $NetBSD: buildlink3.mk,v 1.2 2022/07/01 07:00:28 pin Exp $ BUILDLINK_TREE+= rust-bin .if !defined(RUST_BIN_BUILDLINK3_MK) RUST_BIN_BUILDLINK3_MK:= -BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.rust-bin+= rust-bin>=1.20.0 +BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.rust-bin+= rust-bin>=1.56.1 BUILDLINK_PKGSRCDIR.rust-bin?= ../../lang/rust-bin BUILDLINK_PASSTHRU_DIRS+= ${PREFIX}/lib/rustlib .endif -- cgit v1.2.3
