From 63ad910dee1621434d1af6c961170d4c86141917 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: veego Date: Thu, 18 Oct 2001 15:20:01 +0000 Subject: SVR4 packages have a limit of 9 chars for a package name. The automatic truncation in gensolpkg doesn't work for packages which have the same package name for the first 5-6 chars. e.g. amanda-server and amanda-client would be named amanda and amanda. Now, we add a SVR4_PKGNAME and use amacl for amanda-client and amase for amanda-server. All svr4 packages also have a vendor tag, so we have to reserve some chars for this tag, which is normaly 3 or 4 chars. Thats why we can only use 6 or 5 chars for SVR4_PKGNAME. I used 5 for all the packages, to give the vendor tag enough room. All p5-* packages and a few other packages have now a SVR4_PKGNAME. --- databases/p5-gdbm/Makefile | 3 ++- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) (limited to 'databases/p5-gdbm') diff --git a/databases/p5-gdbm/Makefile b/databases/p5-gdbm/Makefile index 35d9b7723e0..28ecfb12aed 100644 --- a/databases/p5-gdbm/Makefile +++ b/databases/p5-gdbm/Makefile @@ -1,8 +1,9 @@ -# $NetBSD: Makefile,v 1.11 2001/10/03 10:13:35 jlam Exp $ +# $NetBSD: Makefile,v 1.12 2001/10/18 15:20:10 veego Exp $ .include "../../lang/perl5/Makefile.common" PKGNAME= p5-gdbm-1.05 +SVR4_PKGNAME= p5gdm CATEGORIES+= perl5 MAINTAINER= packages@netbsd.org -- cgit v1.2.3
