From ae9b935fd018aee0bd2410c581458d429b05b38b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: jlam Date: Thu, 25 Oct 2007 22:00:39 +0000 Subject: * If PLIST_SRC is explicitly set to an empty value in a package Makefile, then automatically generate a PLIST that says "${PKGNAME} has no files". * If PLIST_SRC and GENERATE_PLIST are not set in a package Makefile, and no PLIST files exist, then fail during the package build with PKG_FAIL_REASON. * Remove "intentionally empty" PLISTs again. Now, the easy way to say that a package installs no files is to just add the following to the package Makefile: PLIST_SRC= # empty --- geography/xrmap/Makefile | 3 ++- geography/xrmap/PLIST | 2 -- 2 files changed, 2 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-) delete mode 100644 geography/xrmap/PLIST (limited to 'geography') diff --git a/geography/xrmap/Makefile b/geography/xrmap/Makefile index defacb1c657..aaf47de381d 100644 --- a/geography/xrmap/Makefile +++ b/geography/xrmap/Makefile @@ -1,4 +1,4 @@ -# $NetBSD: Makefile,v 1.5 2006/05/11 11:05:54 rillig Exp $ +# $NetBSD: Makefile,v 1.6 2007/10/25 22:00:44 jlam Exp $ # DISTNAME= xrmap-2.29 @@ -13,6 +13,7 @@ COMMENT= Earth map viewer - complete NO_CHECKSUM= yes NO_BUILD= yes +PLIST_SRC= # empty (meta-package) DEPENDS+= xrmap-base-2.29nb1:../../geography/xrmap-base DEPENDS+= xrmap-data>=0:../../geography/xrmap-data diff --git a/geography/xrmap/PLIST b/geography/xrmap/PLIST deleted file mode 100644 index f0ac040bf30..00000000000 --- a/geography/xrmap/PLIST +++ /dev/null @@ -1,2 +0,0 @@ -@comment $NetBSD: PLIST,v 1.3 2007/10/25 17:49:48 jlam Exp $ -@comment this plist intentionally left empty -- cgit v1.2.3
