Before running, install the contents of ${PREFIX}/share/examples/nestopia
to ~/.nestopia, and make sure that the nstcontrols is writable:

	mkdir ~/.nestopia
	cp ${PREFIX}/share/examples/nestopia/* ~/.nestopia
	chmod 644 ~/.nestopia/nstcontrols
