If you are upgrading from mhonarc 2.4.9 or earlier, please note
the following changes

* The HEADER and FOOTER resources are no longer supported

* Data filters registered via MIMEFILTERS use a new API which
  is not backward compatible with the previous API.

* The default value of DEFRCNAME is now ".mhonarc.mrc"
