$ r2e opmlexport > feeds.xml

Just after upgrading from 2.x:

$ r2e new your@email.here
$ vi ~/.rss2email/config.py ~/.config/rss2email.cfg  # keep custom settings
$ r2e opmlimport feeds.xml
$ r2e run --no-send
