MyDNS uses two tables in a PostgreSQL database: "soa" and "rr" (you can
change this in ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/mydns.conf if you want).  MyDNS can give the
commands to generate these tables:

  ${PREFIX}/sbin/mydns --create-tables

You can pipe the output right into the psql(1) client.
