reads the package tools database and and compares it with the actual
contents of the directory hierarchy starting at
.Pa @PREFIX@ ,
reporting any files that are on the file system, but not in the
database.
The database used and the hierarchy to be checked can be changed
in the config file.

Use

as config file instead of the default
.Pa @PKG_SYSCONFDIR@/pkg_filecheck.conf .
