Create the ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/pkg_notify.list file containing the package
list you want to be informed on, following this format :

$ cat ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/pkg_notify.list
wip/foo
net/bar
www/foobar-devel

or invoke pkg_notify this way :

$ pkg_notify category/foo another/bar and/so-on
