For {t,}csh users, the file ${SCRIPTS_DIR}/lilypond-login will
need to be sourced as part of the system-wide or user's .login file.

For {ba,}sh users, the file ${SCRIPTS_DIR}/lilypond-profile will
need to be sourced as part of the system-wide or user's .profile file.
