By default, ogg123 will decode to a testing null device.
If you want to hear the audio and if you have a sound card with a
working /dev/audio device, you can use libao's "oss" (Open Sound
System) device. To setup your personal ogg123 configuration so it
uses "oss" do:
echo "default_device=oss" > ~/.ogg123rc
Read the ogg123 manual page for further information.
