*/5 * * * * ${PREFIX}/libexec/gnats/queue-pr -r
To accept PRs by mail you'll need some new mail aliases too, e.g.
gnats-admin: postmaster
bugs: "| ${PREFIX}/libexec/gnats/queue-pr -q"
query-pr: "| ${PREFIX}/libexec/gnats/mail-query"
