Suggested tweaks up to package section.
Major ones:
* Be consistent: "numeric type" and "arithmetic operator".
* if/swtch take "simple statement" not "short variable declaration".
* There was a comment that implied for x,y := range z() might
evaluate z() multiple times. I deleted it.
