To (re)build the Objective-Pascal Cocoa headers from source (note: only
tested against the Mac OS X 10.6 headers):
1) cd to the directory which contains parser.php (this directory)
2) ./make-cocoa-headers.sh

The built headers will be placed under cocoa-skel/src
