ext2_fs.h: Update to use header file from Linux 2.3.39. (Changes from
kernel header file: Use asm/types.h instead of linux/types.h, and the
__GNU__ versus __hurd__ #ifdef change, with the FSF irrationality
failsafe. See 1999-10-25 Changelog.)
