* Update patches for GCC 4.8.

  * Update debian/copyright for libatomic, libbacktrace, libsanitizer.
  * Remove the soversion from the libstdc++*-dev packages.
  * Build libatomic and libasan packages.
  * Install the static libbacktrace library and header files.
