function is used to determine whether or not the AVL tree,

is empty.

has zero nodes in it, then

is returned, otherwise
.Sy B_FALSE
is returned.
.Sh RETURN VALUES
The
.Fn avl_is_empty
function returns
.Sy B_TRUE
when there are no nodes in the tree and

otherwise.
