Update dar to version 2.3.5:

This is a minor release. Changes from 2.3.4 are:

- changed displayed message when adding a hard link to an archive while
  performing a differential backup
- added back the possibility to use old blowfish implementation (bfw cipher)
- integrated optimization patch from Sonni Norlov
- updated Swedish translation by Peter Landgren
- updated French translation
- fixed broken Native Language Support in 2.3.x (where x<5)
