Fix build when CPAN.pm is not configured (no CPAN/Config.pm in @INC
pathd or as ~/.cpan/CPAN/MyConfig.pm) as in such a situation it runs
an interactive setup process!
The fix is to _not_ call Module::Install::auto_install() in Makefile.PL
as pkgsrc handles the required modules anyway.
