      commands from a Windows application (so using 0x313520) to
      pcsc-lite.
    - fix multi-slot support for card movement notification (introduced
      in 1.4.12)
    - Mac OS X: differentiate each libccid library by the dynamic linker
      using --prefix=/fake/$BUNDLE_ID
    - some minor bugs removed
