Make the cdrom device probe work properly under NetBSD, instead of
messily hardwiring it to /dev/rcd0[cd]; the latter apparently breaks
in some circumstances. Uses as a starting point a patch from Kimura
Fuyuki in PR 34008. PKGREVISION++ (to 7).
