Initial import of p5-HTML-Lint version 2.04 in the NetBSD Packages
Collection.
The Perl 5 module HTML::Lint checks for HTML errors in a string or
file. HTML::Lint also comes with a wrapper program called weblint
that handles linting from the command line.
