Bump avr-libc from 1.6.7 to 1.8.0
(pkgsrc) Makefile mef now takes maintainership (ok by wennmach@) patches/patch-doc_Makefile.in (added) Adding PATH at installation time for OBJCOPY = avr-objcopy etc. See comment on SUBST part in Makefile.
