PostgreSQL doesn't provide *.la files that include the library
dependencies needed when linking PostgreSQL clients with -lpq. Define
a BUILDLINK_LDADD.${PGSQL_TYPE} variable that lists the full set
libraries that would be needed to link with -lpq.
