Mention dependency on Perl5.
Define PGUSER variable, and use it (defaults to pgsql).
Add NetBSD RCS Id.
There is no '-c' argument to NetBSD's su(1).
cat post-install-notes, rather than using more(1). Just in case.
Use explicit paths for executables.
