while I don't use this pkg actively, fix some obvious problems:
-restore dependencies on libtool and pkg-config to be "full",
(this is an IDE, using all that gnu stuff)
-fix the baudrate patch to give it a chance to compile on NetBSD<current
(B460800 went in just recently)
-don't try to remove $PREFIX/share/mimelnk
