when using native threads, only set BUILDLINK_CFLAGS.pthread=-pthread on
systems known to support its (FreeBSD, NetBSD, Linux).
fixes breakage caused by passing -pthread to SunPro cc(1) and likely
also fixes platforms other than the above.
