Update to 0.4.0 and bl3ify.

* Files can now be renamed and deleted
* ID3 tags and Vorbis comments can now be edited
* The browse function has been enabled (uses www.allmusic.com)
* A few minor bugs and memory leaks have been fixed
* Because of the inclusion of GPL code, the program license
has been changed to GPL
* Requires streamtuner 0.12.0

* Internationalization has been performed, and a french
