emulators/hercules4sdl: update to 4.4.1.
This release is a *HOT FIX* that corrects a 20 yr. old bug recently
discovered in Hercules's compressed CKD ("CCKD") dasd emulation logic
negatively impacting certain guests. Refer to the "Release Notes" web
