mozc: update to 2.20.2673.102.

pkgsrc changes:
- switch to using qt5 (to follow upstream)
- handle ${PREFIX} in more places
- fix package COMMENT (remove "for IBus")
- GCC_REQD 4.7 for c++11
- add patch comments
