Fix build in FreeBSD, the output was:
_mpih-mul1.s:2: Error: alignment not a power of 2
_mpih-mul1.s:20: Error: alignment not a power of 2
So, changing ALIGN (3) to ALIGN (4) fixes these problems.
Patch sent by pancake in private email, adapted to use subst.mk
framework by me.
