Update jpilot to 0.99.9.

 Fixed a major Memo category sync bug.
 Removed clipboard code, which would cause X to freeze when ran with some
 applications, rdesktop, to name one.
 Many bug fixes, and GUI improvements, see Changelog.cvs for details.
