initial import of gmime-2.1.3
GMime is a set of utilities for parsing and creating messages using
the Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension (MIME) as defined by the
following RFCs:
* 0822: Standard for the Format of Arpa Internet Text Messages
* 1521: MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) Part One:
Mechanisms for Specifying and Describing the Format of
