Rename sandboxDirs to sandboxMountDirs.
Introduce sandboxEmptyFiles a list of files to create empty in the
sandbox if they exist on the hosting system. Hence put /var/run in
sandboxEmptyDirs list.
Use $cppprog instead of cp.
