Updated to version 5.61 (PR#14613). Changes since 5.53:
- Add HOMEPAGE
- Remove duplicate DEPENDS with p5-URI
- Add patch to avoid interactive questions
- new maintainer
- New Net::HTTPS module
- HTTP/1.1 and SSL supports
- More bugfixs in LWP::*
