Update p5-Spreadsheet-WriteExcel to 2.17.
Based on patch provided by Martin Wilke via PR 34389,
and remove dependency on p5-File-Temp-[0-9]*, it's already included in
perl base package.

+ Added set_tab_color() method and example (tab_colors.pl).
+ Add set_page_view() method for Mac Excel view style
and better default worksheet dimensions.
+ Added simulated row_wrap.pl example.
+ Added simulated Autofit example (autofit.pl).
