Update TYPO3 package to 4.2.3.
Initially it was simply bug fix release and please refer the URL for
full changes: http://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3_4.2.3.
And now, it found out that two Cross Site Scripting (XSS) problem was
fixed by this release.
